Todd will be turning 25 tomorrow! Since I have been working on his birthday present for most of the day (yes, I am a horrible procrastinator!), I didn’t really snap any pictures of my food.
But here is the list of what I ate:

The workout at Crossfit last night was:
Row 1000m
21 thrusters
21 pull-ups
Row 750m
15 thrusters
15 pull-ups
Row 500m
9 thrusters
9 pull-ups
I used 45lbs for the thrusters and finished in about 22 minutes. I’m getting better at pull-ups too. I haven’t been able to do one yet, but I’m getting close.

This morning, I once again got up early (I think I’m getting the hang of this!) and went to spin class. Yeah, I definitely decided that I like the instructor from today and Friday better. She’s a lot more energetic and there’s more variety in her classes. I also need to get a padded seat cover for the bike. Why do they make the bike seats so hard? Ow.
This afternoon I had to return some library books, so that added a nice mile walk to today. I brought Kahlua with me, she was so happy and excited because she hadn’t been on a walk down those streets before.
